THE OLD MAN AND SEA

THE OLD MAN AND SEA

The old man and the sea was published in 1952 and also immediately it recognized as a masterpiece. It is the story of an old fisherman’s single – handed fight with a giant marlin in the Gulf Stream north of Havana (Cuba). Generally story divided into two parts.
The first part of the old man and sea narrates present that how old Santiago could kill the giant marlin and hook it to his boat and in the second part of the old man and sea narrates present that how he was attacked by sharks on the return journey and how the marlin was consumed by them. Both parts are interesting. The old man and sea real aim is to convey some moral truth. And a number of themes and ideas are woven in this story. The ideas of human life, and the crucification, and also of the artist struggle with his material. Novel also represent of the human condition.
The beginning of the novel we can see that the novel introduces us to Santiago, the hero and manolin a boy. And he has been learning the art of fishing from him. And Santiago is described as old man. And novel also present connection between young generation and old generation.
And real struggle and tragedy of Santiago life.

It’s only a suggestion so do not take it in another way. I want to make you aware of your some grammatical errors (For example you have written EMEST instead of Ernest). It will help you in the exams as well as in assignments.
